Questions, answered
What to expect.
Are all services virtual?+
Yes. Sessions are offered by secure video or phone, so Mood|Well can support families wherever they are.
Who does Mood|Well work with?+
Mood|Well primarily offers individual coaching for teens and young adults navigating betrayal trauma, family crisis, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and strained communication. Parents can receive support through consultation and family mediation.
Is this therapy?+
No. Mood|Well provides coaching, education, and practical support. Services are not psychotherapy, medical care, or clinical mental health treatment.
How do we decide which service is right?+
Your free consultation is a place to talk through what is happening and consider options such as individual coaching for a teen or young adult, parent consultation, family mediation, or groups.
What are your areas of focus?+
Common areas include betrayal and broken trust, addiction or compulsive behaviors, family crisis and life transitions, child and teen behavior, communication, and relational instability.
How is coaching different from counseling?+
Coaching focuses on education, tools, emotional regulation, and forward movement. It is trauma-informed, but it is not clinical therapy.
How does privacy work?+
Coaching conversations are handled with professional care. If you have questions about privacy, parent involvement, or support for a minor, please ask before booking so we can explain what to expect.
Can I book for my child or teen?+
Yes. A parent may book support for a minor. Mood|Well keeps emotional safety and developmental appropriateness at the center of the work.
